1, How should I send you our logo/design?

Please send editable vector artwork (illustrator, editable pdf, eps, etc.). If you don't have your logo in vector, then send highest resolution/file size possible.

2, What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order quantity is 100pcs per order/design for all materials and processes. But, if the quantity is within 10pcs, we'll arrange them as sample order. 

 3, What are your delivery times?

Usually the delivery time is around 10~14 working days after artwork approval, but also depending on the complexity of the design and order quantity. 

Expedited delivery options are available upon your request. 

 4, What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the order quantity and destination. We provide a shipping quote during the ordering process. 

5, Can I track my shipment? 

Yes, once your order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment. 

 6, Do you offer split deliveries?

Yes, we can arrange split deliveries to multiple locations. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements. 

 7, What happens if my order is delayed?

If in case there are any delays, we will notify you promptly and work to resolver the issue as quickly as possible.
